Fisherman's Wharf. All of a sudden Laura stopped and wanted to take a picture. I was really confused about why that particular corner was son interesting, then I saw the picture. I don't know how I missed the 40 foot sign...
Andrew on Alcatraz. Some people gave us weird looks, but I think whoever invented the leash for children should get a nobel prize or something.
Our friend Rosie. Someone should count and see how many times she's crept onto our website. Good thing we like her so much!
At Ghiradelli's for some ice cream and to see how chocolate was made. I got chili in a sourdough bread bowl. Yum.

Audrey says good-bye to her Grandpa. She had fun meeting and getting to know all of her relatives. At least we think so. We presume that's what she was smiling about.
This was Pamela. She made our baby laugh a lot and held her for awhile to give Laura and me a break. We like her.

TRIP TO THE STATES
Next we went to California.  We got to go to San Francisco and do all the touristy stuff.  We figured that it
was the middle of winter and it wouldn't be too overrun.  We were right.  It was nice.  And we did get to
spend a lot of time with family as the pictures attest.
