My apologies to my faithful readers (however few there are!) for not updating for a few days. It's been crazy at my house. As
I may have mentioned we have moved in the last few days, and between pack-out, and pack-in, Laura and I have been
putting in very long days with very long hours...doing everything we can to finally be able to get settled into a home here in
Ukraine. In addition to everything, Laura sliced her hand open, requiring seven stitches and limiting what she can do around
here. We've had lots of help, though, and are extremely grateful for it.
Because it is Christmas, however, we wanted to get our Christmas decorations out. So today we took some time to decorate
the tree, hang wreaths, etc. This picture if you look closely, is a picture of our Christmas tree (and me!) in the reflection in the
chandelier in our living room. Our house is beautiful, but I'm waiting until everything gets organized and has a place before I
go around taking pictures of it.
