Our friend Sandra made dinner for us today. She's from Los Angeles, and it was really really good tex-mex, the likes of which I
haven't had in a long time. The menu included red rice (pictured), beans from the pot, Guatemalen chilaquiles, Dobladas,
Horchata and Aroz con Leche for dessert. It was awesome. Laura also reprised her breads demo today. Fun fun fun!
