Laura and I were finally able to go to the temple today after not having been in over a year. It was really really nice. Not having
a temple close has been one of the hardest things (for me!) about living in Kyiv. It was also nice to be able to go back to the
Oakland temple where we got married five and a half years ago.
Then later this afternoon we took the kids and my sister-in-law and her husband and their daughter and my mother-in-law and
other sister-in-law (I can't wait until we're in CO and I don't have to type in-law every time!) to a beach near the Golden Gate
Bridge because we thought it would be fun. It was very cold and windy. We stayed for about half an hour and then we left again.
It was also kind of cloudy. The bottom pic is all I could see of the bridge!
