Happy Mother's Day! I tried to be a good husband and make dinner today, figuring that Laura should get at least one day off,
right? I made chicken soup, so got out the bouillon to make the broth. I was a little bit shocked to read that the bouillon could be
used for soup, stew, sauce, rice, vegetable, mole and pasta recipes. Who eats mole, I thought? Then Laura explained that mole
should be pronounced mo-LAY and that it was a type of sauce, and all was right with the world again.
