This is what I had for dinner tonight? Looks like dog food. Smells like dog food. Tastes like.... really really yummy. What is it?
Corned Beef Hash. So good. It's a favorite of my family (i.e. my parents and siblings). Laura does not like it. Indeed, I've never
met anyone outside of my immediate family that does. When I was an exchange student, my host family wouldn't even try it. (Which,
by the way, made me quite upset because I tried everything - including pig nose - that they put in front of me.)
