Today we did something I had never done before which was to visit the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Yes, I've been
coming home to Colorado for 16 years, but have never been there. My dad, sister and three nephews came along as well. It was a
lot of fun, and interesting. One of the parts of the tour was a stop by the residences for the athletes. They have to serve buffet
style because of all the different dietary needs. To quote, "Some athlete's can make do with a normal 2-3,000 calorie diet, others
need 12-15 thousand." Thanks go to my sister for the picture of me and the boys on the medals stand. Chester took the picture of
